Leaigha Santiago-Turner is the head of HR of Symbio group. Leaigha  is a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with over 20 years of experience.   She is responsible for developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating Symbio’s HR function and performance. Prior to Symbio, Leaigha has worked in varying human resources and talent acquisition capacities and her portfolio includes managing projects for diverse clientele in the following industries and disciplines: information technology firms, staffing and consulting firms, healthcare, and insurance.  Leaigha is a DDI Certified Trainer, Diversity & Inclusion Partner and Professional Recruiter Certified, and completed studies in Business Administration at Kent State University in Kent, OH.
